How to Get to Fuvahmulah:

Fly to Malé (Velana International Airport - MLE)

  • Most international travelers will first arrive in Malé, the capital of the Maldives.

Domestic Flight to Fuvahmulah Airport (FVM)

  • From Malé, you need to take a domestic flight operated by Maldivian Airlines.
  • The flight takes about 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • There are multiple flights daily, but it’s best to check the latest schedules.

Alternative via Addu City (GAN) + Speedboat

  • Some flights go to Gan International Airport (GAN) in Addu Atoll.
  • From Gan, you can take a speedboat to Fuvahmulah, which takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
